Reserve a Room

Meeting rooms are available for rent, at the Central Library and the Sugar Creek branch. You can request one of these rooms online through our Room Reservation Calendar. Make your request by choosing your room and checking available dates, or selecting a day and time to see which rooms are available. For policies regarding meeting/study rooms, refer to our Meeting Room Policy. You will receive a confirmation via email that your request has been approved, pending payment.

Study Rooms

Study rooms with a capacity of 6 to 12 people are available for free at the Central Library in Greenfield, and study rooms with a capacity of 6 people are available for free at the Sugar Creek branch in New Palestine. Rooms can be used for up to two hours. Reservations can be made up to one week in advance by visiting the Information Desk, by calling (317) 462-5141, Ext. 240, or by making a request on our Room Reservation Calendar
