Loan of Library Equipment

Projector

• Patrons may request to borrow the projector.
• Patrons must have a library card in good standing. Patrons who do not have a library card may apply for one.
• The equipment must be returned within 7 days. There will be a fine of $3.00 perday for overdue projectors.

Laptops (in-house)

• Patrons have the option to check out a laptop to use for a three hour period inside the library building. This equipment is NOT allowed outside the library.
• Patrons must be 18 years of age or older, have a library card in good standing, and a valid photo ID.
• Patrons are responsible for the electronic device and associated equipment.
  Current Replacement costs are:
  • Laptop = $500
  • Mouse = $10
  • Headphones = $10
  • Power Adapter = $60

Tablets (in-house)

• Patrons have the option to check out a tablet to use for a one hour period inside the library building. This equipment is NOT allowed outside the library.
• Patrons must be 18 years of age or older, have a library card in good standing, and a valid photo ID.
• Patrons are responsible for the electronic device and the current replacement cost is $250.

Tablets (outside use)

• Patrons have the option to check out a tablet to use for a two week period.
• Patrons must be 18 years of age or older, have a library card in good standing, and a valid photo ID.
• Electronic devices and associated equipment have an overdue fine of $1 per day.
• Patrons are responsible for the tablet and associated equipment. The current replacement cost is $250.

Mobile Devices (outside use)

• Patrons have the option to check out a mobile device to use for a one week period.
• Patrons must be 18 years of age or older, have a library card in good standing, and a valid photo ID.
• Electronic devices and associated equipment have an overdue fine of $3 per day.
• Patrons are responsible for the mobile device and associated equipment. The current replacement cost is $99.
