Hoopla is a digital media service that allows you to borrow movies, TV shows, music, eBooks, audiobooks, and comics. With no waiting, titles can be streamed immediately or downloaded to phones or tablets for offline enjoyment later. All you need is a library card. You may borrow up to 30 items per month across all formats, and borrowing periods vary by media type.
