This is the second week in a 5-week series (3/25-4/22) in Greenfield for adults already familiar with yoga. Susan Goodart, a certified yoga teacher and fitness adviser, instructs the classes. Yoga increases strength, stamina, and flexibility and has been credited with improving mental health.

Use a chair or the floor depending on your abilities. Bring a mat or towel and a small pillow, and wear loose-fitting clothes. People with health issues should speak to their physicians before beginning any exercise.

Join a community of writers who gather for inspiration and support. People who attend this monthly meeting, whether they are published or not, discuss their work and give each other mutual encouragement.

Bring up to ten computer-printed pages of work to read aloud to the group and make six copies for everyone to share. First-time visitors are welcome to sit in and observe.
